How It Began
Revitalize Now Network, formerly known as Operation Transformation, is a church revitalization and support ministry founded in 2013 by Dr. Steve Sells and a group of church leaders representing various church backgrounds across North Carolina.
The ministry grew out of Dr. Sells’ years of local church experience and his passion for helping struggling, plateaued, and declining churches rediscover spiritual vitality, renewed purpose, and a passion for reaching their communities with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Dr. Sells is an author, church revitalization leader, and ministry coach dedicated to equipping pastors and congregations for spiritual renewal and lasting growth. His latest book, The Congregational Life Cycle: Recognizing the Seasons of a Church and Leading It to Renewal, offers a biblical guide to understanding the seasons of congregational life and leading churches toward renewed health and effectiveness.
Revitalize Now Network’s vision is to help churches experience new life, renewed enthusiasm, spiritual health, and greater effectiveness in fulfilling the Great Commission. Through biblical resources, leadership training, personal coaching, and practical guidance, the network seeks to equip church leaders to navigate challenges, strengthen their congregations, and develop a renewed vision for ministry.
